You will need a lot of it, so here are some ways how to get blood of the elders :

1. Purchase blood of elders with favor points, this is the easiest way but will cost you a lot

you can choose :
10 favor points for 20 blood of elders
20 favor points for 45 blood of elders
30 favor points for 75 blood of elders

2. Look blood of elders at Vampire Wars news feed on your facebook wall. Always check out your VW friends for their post, it takes a little minutes to take all the collectable items so your better get them first.

3. Buy blood of elders from The Collector. He will give you 3 option for him to work for you and you have to wait untill he gather all the bloods.
1. 4 hours for 6 bloods = 36 bloods for a day if you could have it on time
2. 12 hours for 15 bloods = 30 bloods for a day if you could have it on time
3. 24 hours for 25 bloods = 25 bloods for a day

The best option is the first one but you have to make it on time or else your blood will be resale to other people. All options are good but it depends you schedule of playing or how regular you play, but the idea here is to make sure you able to come back to gather your blood or else it will be restarted .

4. Request blood of elders from your friends/clans. This will broadcast your wall that you badly needed a BLOOD donations and the will response to your call with a Blood Gift (if they are kind enough)

5. Check you notifications for blood of elders, your clan might sent you a gift of blood. This is good when you have a lot of clan members and a big possibility they might include you to their sent gifts.

6. Do the mission Tier ‘Scion’ and select ‘Ascend to the Shadow Council‘ , occasionally a 2-3 Blood may drops. Though officially no mission has any better chance of dropping BotE than any other, but there is anecdotal evidence that some players have had better success with specific missions =P so you might want to try it anyway.
