if you already hatch the treasure isle mysterious egg then you should see the phoenix

The phoenix on your isle (that you get once you finish Fire God Mountain) will provide you will one fire shovel daily.

You may also be able to find them inside Fire God Mountain upon completion (btw, using the fire shovel inside FGM will only cost you one dig, not three).
