looks like the sender name is uncle artemis and he rescued an animal from a cruel pet trader during his journeys abroad.
he give the lock combination, for me it’s 17E6. Click the free animal link and it will bring you back to petville with this pop up :

ya at first it wouldn’t send me the email and i felt sorry for the bird so i kept clicking on the cage and following the directions and finally it did it just keep trying.n

ok so i sat therre and checked on this poor bird fa lyk everyday..followed all the directions and wen that lil pop up thang poped up it cklosed itself out..long story short ma bird died..thanx petville..
