This isn’t a one-way relationship, though – as you increase your standing with your chosen faction, you’ll also earn access to additional items to fill out your arsenal.

Choose any faction you want When you do a job, you can get +3 faction for the side you help, and -1 faction for the opposing side.

You can total up to 1500 faction. Once you reach 1400/1500, you achieve “allied” status and can get all of the associated rewards.

well for me yakuza give more attack than defence so till you are max don’t change it, stay yakuza and when you are at max 1500 and bought all items then change to triad
