Hi, I encountered a vault, followed all the steps, I am at the screen that requires me to enter the vault code, however, it has been over 1 hr. and I have not received the email…what can I do?

Both I and my son clicked to have this email sent but neither of us got the code.

names “Stalin” on Mafia wars and i am encountering problems intercepting the mystery vault code. problem is the E-mail is not sending to my account.
E-mail is the same as the current E-mail address i am using and i have allowed E-mails to be sent directly to my account cause i got that utility belt for doing so.
can you find out why i am not getting the code please because i want to at least earn a few prizes that are worth keeping to increase my attack and defense, and/or use them reward points to build the chop shop/weapons depot thanks

I am having the same problem. I have resent the code multiple times to my email address but I am just not getting any email with a code for the locked vault. Anybody out there who can help us out? I need some more RPs expecially after wasting 35 RPs on armadillo armour or whatever it is called. I was clicking on the skip button in the notices pane before the patch a few weeks ago and i accidentally clicked on buy item for the weapon. There isn’t even a confirmation page. So there went 35 RPs down the drain. Sometimes I hate Zynga…

No code ever gets mailed…waited for hours…asked for the code several times…changed the email address…all to no avail. Thanks so much Zynga…another problem.

Hi pplz.
I fixed this by changing my email addy from a hotmail account to my ISP email addy.
Once this was done the code email came through fine.
Must be some reason why hotmail does not forward this (i.e. maybe spam filter etc)

On your fb profile just go to the Account Settings menu and there is an email setting there where you can change your fb email details.

GUYS YOU NEED TO GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS IN FACEBOOK THEN GO TO “NOTIFICATIONS” AND CHECK MAFIA WARS UNDER “APPLICATIONS” IF YOU DONT SEE IT THERE THEN CLICK ON “MORE” IN THE APPLICATIONS SECTIONS ON THE PAGE, AFTER YOU CHECKED MAFIA WARS IN NOTIFICATIONS RESEND THE EMAIL ON YOUR MAFIA WARS HOME PAGE, YOU WILL DEFINATELY RECEIVE THE EMAIL. EVEN THOUGH YOU RECEIVE EMAILS FROM MAFIA WARS LIKE GIFTS OR ADDS IT DOESN’T MATTER YOU STILL NEED TO CHECK IT< MOST PEOPLE DON'T HAVE IT CHECKED.
