well i got my secret code randomly drop during fight. once you got the secret number, claim it at homepage daily checklist. Each day you can only claim once.
When you receive a code, do not share it with anyone. It is a unique identifier that assists the staff in verifying account ownership.
when you get the code access you will see this pop up :

by sharing this code you will void any benefits you will receive !

I, like many here, foolishly threw away / forgot to save / had a mishap with my code & so couldn’t access the mainframe today & so sent in a support ticket explaining what the problem was
(I just said it wasn’t clear to me that I needed the same code each day so I hadn’t kept the original code & asked if there was a way of getting my code resent or an entirely new code sent to me) & Zynga just emailed back with my code.
I recognise it as my original code & just tried it now & it works fine so if you want your code send them an email/support ticket explaining everything & hopefully they do the same to you. I even got a swift response too, less than an hour!

I got my secret code yesterday. It said to enter it every day. There is nowhere to enter it today.
This isnt the first thing that has shown up only once for me. Last week I got to select some of my mafia to fill new positions, like captain, etc. It gave me a bonus then too, and told me to check back in 24 hours for another bonus, and since that day last week ive never seen this feature again…

I’ve done a little research, and they are still beta testing both the access code and the new Top Mafia systems. They stopped doing the new Top Mafia system, because there are some bugs to work out of it, and I am sure that is what is happening with the Access Code system. I had the same problems as ya’ll, but I never got an oppurtunity to use the Top Mafia. Be patient and everything will be up and running, but SAVE YOUR ACCESS CODES!!! You might be able to use them again when the system is back up

There is only an Enter Code option.
There is no button to generate a new one.

to Francisco and everyone, from the time you got the redemption code, count exactly 24 hours and you will know the time the mainframe screen will appear again. remember it says it appears every 24 hours.
for example I got my redemption code at around 10:00pm yesterday
so the next time the mainframe screen comes up for me is 10:00pm today. so do the math and stop whining

You guys have alot to learn! You can save a notepad doc on your desktop with your code. Copy paste every 24hrs. If that is too hard, then wth >>> I need your links so I can hit the cry babies here. Read above and contact Zynga. When you go the code, it said to save it! SAVE and READ … pretty simple. Now read above and go to the site to get your code sent to you.

if you are playing MW on your own computer you can save the code on a word document. I saved my code on my cellphone. Hope that helps
