- Get hired by neighbors to complete tasks and earn more Frontierville coins
- Hire people with higher experience levels. Players with a better reputation will earn more money for the landowner
- Complete the quest missions faster, because you will get bonus when you completed it
- Earn bonuses by defending land against snakes
- Find snakes by looking under skulls, where they are likely to hide
- Hunting for snakes will help Frontierville players earn bonus items more quickly
- Every action will use energy except for when planting crops
- Visit neighbors to get energy boost
- Plant trees and crops so you can get food or wood for building
- Collect bonuses on your friends wall feeds faster with frontierville filter link

I have a chicken coop, but can’t figure out how it is supposed to harvest all the chickens at once. Also, how do I get the feathers to make the comforter?

Monique – When all your chicken are ready to harvest and the chicken coop is also ready just click on it..

The feathers to make the comforter come from completing the goose collection. For each goose collection you complete you receive 1 downy feather. I think it takes 4 feathers to make the comforter though.

Go to your family album, go to your spouse and that will make him the main person who does the harvesting and all that…then click on an open space where you can see him and he’ll come there! Hope that helps! Also the dinner bell/triangle will work but in some cases people do not have enough money or horseshoe/wood to buy one.

NoLadyLSU – if your family members are lost, and you don’t want to spend horseshoes on a dinner bell, click on the My Stuff button, (next to Market) and click on Family Album. Go to your lost family member and click Customize. Don’t customize anything, just hit Play, and that character will be active. Now click on some grass and your character will walk over there. Voila!

the game will automatically use your hammers once you reach the required number (i think that one is 8). so don’t touch them, and keep collecting them from neighbors’ gifts. once you have enough of all the items the game will show you have enough (when you click on the structure you’re building), and clicking “Complete” will use them automatically.

helping neighbors shouldn’t use your own energy. You are allowed only 5 clicks on their land though.

I had to keep cutting my trees down to find thorn. It took a while since I had just cleared a lot of my land–grr. I also let grass grow behind the trees and within a few days there was a new one.

You can get your family members back without buying the dinner bell by opening your family album, select the member you’ve lost, click on Customize, then click on Play. The little star will go to that family member then you can click on an open space where they’ll walk to.

You acquire eggs through having chicken coops, as you progress through the game you will add coops until you have 3 then you will get all the eggs you need. When you collect a bonus from a coop it feeds all the chickens and gives you coins and xp points, plus if you’re lucky you will get the eggs you need as well.

PAUL AND JUSTIN i have the sme prob wen u collect bonus i have so many chickens that by the time you click on all the coins and stars u cant see if there are any eggs or feathers

If you can’t see your spouse or kid, go to the market and buy a Dinner Bell or Dinner Triangle. Once you have it, you can click it and everyone one your homestead–friends, family–will come to the bell. Becareful though bc you may not be able to see what you neighbors were going to do.

To Ang: you dont need to click on them, They are automatically added to your collection. Food,coins,energy,wood,xp,and collectibles. The only reason you would click on them is to do the bonus for more coins. Dont believe me? Do a test. Harvest a tree do not click on the food or coins. Watch your food and coin counter when they disappear it will be added automatically.
As for the thorns, just wait till they grow back or buy them in the marketplace.

Another trick for those pesky groundhogs,snakes,bears,and foxes. When you harvest and a groundhog appears, Just keep harvesting around the red….Till thats all you have left. Then clobber it and finish up. Keeps you from pounding a dozen of them when you harvest cause only one will pop up at a time. For snakes, clear bones leave the snake alone till you get all the other skulls and thorns (the ones most likely to produce snakes). Same way for bears and foxes.

My new mission is to visit 25 neighbors. I’ve been visiting neighbors and doing chores on all of them but when I click to see how many I have left, it hasn’t given me credit for anyone, it still says 0. What am I doing wrong? Also, how am I supposed to find the “godparent”?

If being a week or so without a goal to do. I already finished the Cannon Goal. and no more goals appear. Please get back to me asap. This is the only game I play. I’m thinking to stop playing because is too boring with no goals to do. Please respond

For James (and other newbies)-
To get paint and other non-gift items like hammers or drills for construction, click on the building to open the list of items needed… then click on green “Ask for More” button for the particular item you want. This puts a post on your wall that your neighbors can click on to send you the item. (You may have to tell/ask your friends to do this.)
Gifts go into your inventory and will be used from there when you have enough of every item to finish the building.

Another tip – for clearing trees, make one chop on “young” trees will stunt their growth so you can complete the chopping later without having the trees grow to their max size.

Hi for over 2 weeks now no grass or flowers have grown on my homestead.dispite leaving open space everywhere and under trees nothing.i even wasted horseshoes on a cactus hoping that would help but nothing.Anyone else got same problem?

i been clearing the land as much as i cn everyday. thenn when i get back on here the next day i have much more to clear , how do u keep the land cleared n stay tht way. i have friends tht have ther place all nyce n cleared . wht am i doing wrong ???

It helps keep my land clear because I have fencing around the whole thing. When I need things like cacti, rocks, or skulls to show up on my land so that I can clear them for a challenge, I have to remove some of the fencing and leave an open area for them to show up.

Ok I’m confused I read the commit about the chicken coop to get the eggs but I cant afford and coop so how can I get eggs other than using the coop. Also, what about bacon. I have been stuck on this task for a week or two need help please!!!

Is there a place on frontierville where you can see all the missions you are currently working on. I have about 5 that show along the side but I know there are at least 2 that I started that got shuffled off without being completed. I would like to see all my open missions so I can work on them also when the others are at a pause needing neighbor assistance.

I never clobber a ground hog. I simply use the move feature to move the crops affected to an area that is not near the ground hog, then tend to them. You can plant new crops right next to the ground hog without affecting anything. I usually plant peanuts near the ground hog, this way I don’t have to fool with them for four days.

For some reason I can’t get to the zoom in/zoom out, and full screen toggles on the screen for frontierville…..I can get to the music on/off button, etc. but the game window is just too large…..how can I do the full screen toggle without being able to get to these buttons? I tried to play with my display preferences to see if that worked, but it only helps a little….seems that the window that frontierville comes up in is just too large. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem as gayle..Cant the trees grow ANY faster lol. Joao no they wont delete off your neighbors. they just wont have a picture it will say zanga on it with a shadow pic. to see your missions, click on the lowest icon you see on your left. where you said you have 5 missions.i believe it looks like a piece of paper. you can also find your missions when you go to your “stuff”. the top icon says missions. click on that and theyll all show up.

My first child missions disappeared too and I read that the Bess missions were interfering with them. As soon as you finish the Bess missions the first child missions will come back. It worked for me.
