how to find labor day collection items in frontierville :
i think this is one of the collections that you can find from harvesting crops and trees
book strap – tend clover
school bell – tend neighbour potatoes
paddle – tend/bless/unwither neighbour tomatoes
apple – tend apple trees
globe – tend / bless neighbour corn
tend = harvest
bless = tend unready crops

I have done over 400 clovers and I have not gotten any book strap! I have bought ten 7 course feasts! I dont understand!!!!

I am confused about the school bell drop you say you need to harvest potatoes but at the start of frontierville says if you water neighbors potatoes you can get the school Bell which is right?

All I need is the bell and I got the whole collection. I got the book strap without having to go through 100s of clovers. I think I only planted maybe 30.

I too have planted and planted clover and not got the book strap!
I’ve also tended loads of neighbours tomatoes and potatoes but nothing!

I Quit, over 500 clover all my neighbors potatoes and corn and not one thing, I bought 20 apple trees and not one thing. This is a joke and they give you 3 days to do it in. Going back to Farmville

I had to plant and harvest over 900 clover to get the book strap. I am having the most trouble finding tomatoes that are not ready to harvest. This is a tough task, if we only have a few days to complete it.

I easily harvest over 500 clover before I got the bookstrap. Sounds like it is easier for some than others. I have everything except the school bell from the potatoes, trying to find out if I need to water, tend or unwither to get it. Let me know how to get it if anyone gets it

I’ve gotten every item once with no problem. I’ve been trying to get the bookstrap and school bell for my friend and it is proving to be very difficult.

I have the paddle by unwithering a neighbours tomatoes and I have a few apples but planted over 50 clover and nothing I have tended corn and spuds and nothing Please trade with me someone for something else you may need

I have just spent 7 solid hours (no lie) planting and harvesting clover (that is thousands of the damn stuff, yet not one single bookstrap.
Why are some people able to get these collectibles and others can’t?
Same with the potatoes -I visit all y neighbours that have potatoes planted on a daily basis but no school bell.
Zynga need to make this game fair for everyone!

It’s because they want to encourage neighbors to trade items. It is like that with every collection, not just the Labor Day one. I believe that is why it is easier for some than others. I play on two accounts and have not gotten the bookstrap after harvesting hundreds of clovers but got the bookstrap on my other account by harvesting about 50. I still need the bell and paddle.

I had planted and harvested over a 1000 clover to get a bookstrap, i bought 50 apple trees it took 3 lots of harvesting and got 2 wormed apples, the corn i got from harvesting corn from neigbour, i got drop from both wilted harvesting neighbours corn, no joy with tomatoes as i only have one neighbour who has wilted toms. i got the wormed apple, the bell and the globe in the last half hour

I am wondering if they upped the drop rate. I just got a book strap after harvesting 4 clover (today, though I did plant about 80 on other days) I also got the bell on one withered potato and the globe after about 7 withered corn. (again, that’s today… been trying for about 3 days)

finishing up my clover patch (planted approx 30) I got 2 more straps today, and got my final paddle. So 6 of the items in 1 day/… I am guessing it was increased.

i think you have to kill any groundhogs before you harvest clovers. noticed when i killed it i got the book strap stright away.

You have to tend neighbors crops..I just tended 5 corn from my friend and got 2 globes..also the bell from tending my neighbor potatoes.. now I am struggling with the other ones..
