Tricorne Hat – Collect bonus or complete buildings
Cannonball – Tend Chickens
Snare Drum – Clobbering Snakes, Bears, Groundhogs, Foxes
Powder Horn – Chop Down Neighbors Trees (Oak and Pine Trees)
Tea Crate – Clearing Grass

Ive not gotten 1 single item from this collection. Ive done everything this guide says to do many, many times. If the items dont drop how the hell are we suppose to complete the collection???

Anyone else having trouble getting the powder horn? I’ve chopped all of the trees on my farm with no luck. I didn’t keep count, but it was a ton of trees. In the meantime, I’ve gotten two drums. I just keep wondering if there’s something I’m missing or something.

I chopped about 20 complete trees and i didn’t get any “Powder Horn”… do you really have to chop them down? because bless means something good and not to “kill” the trees… hmm… answer would be nice

You need to chop your neighbours trees, not your own. Still, I have 3 accounts and have chopped a million of the damn things and still no Powerhorn for me. Rubbish.

i have choped down more trees,than i would if i was being paid to do and nothing!also clearing grass,my compost bin is overfloweth?nothing nada zip!!!!i think all i’ll have for independacne day is a blister:-)

Josh: When you left click on one of your buildings (or the wagon) you should have three options: Collect bonus (once a day), Go inside, and Customize. That’s the bonus to which they are referring.

So, I guess, to complete the independence day collection is only a matter of luck
I chop lots of oak and pine trees but nothing, meanwhile my friend only chop 1 oak tree and he got the Powder Horn

I have 2 snare drums and 4 tea crates. Same as ones above me, chopped so many trees, collected about 15 bonuses, fed hundreds of chickens… Damn 4th of July!!! :p

I have visited over 200 neighbors and always chopped trees when mules/horses were not available. NOTHING. Lame on the horn. I have also built 8 cabins and 4 wagons on my property to increase odds. Still no luck on either.

Ok so, all i know is that you have to chop, down your neighbors trees for the horn, but yet i still haven’t gotten it yet , i know it is available because i have seen a lot of my other neighbors with the liberty bell… i am just tired of wasting time clearing trees and not getting anything when i could be collecting food from plants and fruit trees…. why to games always have to have so many problems, and another thing, why is it only forth of july what about us Canadians who play these games i think we should be recognized also

I have everything but the hat. My question is, can you get the hat by making the cabin and deleting it before you finish? Anyone succeed this way? Any way to get one off the neighbor?
The cannon ball is ez, just farm around 150 chickens and you’ll get one. I got one on my own land but think you can get it on a neighbor as well.
The horn I got after 2 days for chopping neighbors trees, about 90 neighbors… lotta trees.
Drum I got whacking gophers on a normal rotation of crops.
Tea from cleaning my own grass but think you can get it from others.
So far I have built around 20 cabins and canceled them so as to not cost a tool but no hat =/

I dont know about anyone else but I have plenty of all the items in the collection, though I have yet to luck out with the Tricone hat.

Well, I am still chopping and nothing……I finally got the cannonball from my chickens when I wasn’t expecting it. I need Tricorne Hat and Powder Horn~!!
I have been collecting bonuses from buildings (no new builds)….and nothing….
ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS FOR THE TREES/TRICORNE HAT & THE BUILDINGS/POWDER HORN???

Ok I completed my school house and Ive been getting bonus from every place it said bonus but I have no TRICORNE HAT. I have bought oak and pine trees I have cut trees and I have moved trees but no POWDER HORN. I have chopped grass at my place and nieghbors and no TEA CREAT. Help!!!!!!!!!!

in order to get the horn you have to go to neighbor farm…do 10 pine and 10 oak…4 chops each…hope that works for you all…i got this from my brother he has the liberty bell already

Well so far I have only gotten the Drum, and cannon ball, same luck with the other items although by the looks of this collection its suppose to be hard as they have the liberty bell for sale now for horseshoes 200 of them!

Powder horn: seems almost not to be dropping, i chopped trees at all my neighbours for 2 days + chopped almost all of my own trees and still no drop.
Tricorne Hat: also not lucky yet, built almost all buildings (except finnishing them) and bought 6 covered wagons, still no luck either
Quests are fun,and must be hard, but not this hard, this aint no fun anymore.

This powder horn is BS, its not like you can spend all day visiting neighbors and “tending” their trees seeing Zynga still insinsts on having extream periods of times between visits, and seems to be playing with those times on a daily basis.

this is only another zynga bullshit money grab; they sell the hat and horn for 71 horseshoes; you can buy 70 of these for 19 bucks; if you don’t have an extra 1, you’ll have to buy yet another package

I think its a craapy deal with Frontiersville on The Liberty Bell items. It was suppose to be done for the 4th of July.. I have all but one item. Maybe by next 4th I will find it. If lucky (Christmas?)
