FrontierVille Craft Fireworks Quest is a new for 4th of July 
Goal : party on the 4th, Part 1
Craft Fireworks
It’s not going much of a party without fireworks. You might be good at farming, but your friends want to see some real pyrotecnics !
now you must craft 5 fireworks
and the hint : yer gonna need to collect some “stuff” off animals to get these made
what stuff do you need to collect for craft fireworks goal ?

How to craft fireworks on frontierville ?
well first you will need a cabin building then will need to look for saltpeter that you can find in manure collection
Note that you only need one manure collection (1 saltpeter) and five fire to make the five fireworks. Just go to your Cabin and look. It says 1 Saltpeter + 5 Fire = 5 Fireworks.

Um… wrong. It says 1 Saltpeter + 5 Fire = 1 Fireworks. That means you need 5 Saltpeters + 25 Fire = 5 Fireworks.

Sarah you’re wrong too, It doesn’t say how many fireworks you get AT ALL!
This is confusing and all, but it leaves me to this question: theres a 10% drop rate for the manure on ALL types, and you can only harvest horses avery 2 days. It’s rarely even possible to get the horse crap!

Sarah, the page is correct. I just did it. 1 saltpeter + 5 fire makes 5 fireworks and you move onto the next part of the 4th of July chain.

Kristen – When you visit Jack you can harvest his horse, then leave to another friend and go back and harvest his horse again…each time you go back his horse can be harvested even if it’s only seconds later.
Having said that I have harvested 15 horses and not got one, (Jacks 5x, my 3 and some friends)

Is there an expiration date for the quest? As is do we need to complete it by a specific date? I’m not sure if I should invest in horses/mules or if it just isn’t worth it.
Also, does anyone know the next step in the chain?

I have already done the first part and yes, once you get one saltpeter thats all you need – it made all five fireworks. and you get fire by either collections or by going to your covered wagon.

so poultry pudding is from geese or chickens
piggy poop is obvious
brush brownie ss from goats
then one more comes from mules and horses…
what’s the last animal you need to harvest from??

prairie pile = mules, horses
meadow muffin = cowes, oxens

to get fire click on your wagon and click the tab “go inside”
you get cloth from visiting neighbours and wood from chopping trees.
if you have enough cloth and wood you can make fire

Jake, I know how you feel. It took me 2 days to get Clover Tea for a quest and right as I was about to click turn in I lost the connection and my tea was gone

i got all the ‘stuff’ and got the 100 coins. but i didnt get the saltpeter! wut happened? its SO hard to hunt for a prairie pile!:( how can i get my saltpeter without having to search all over agian?

anyone who has a spare “prairie pile” please tell me I’ve been trying to get them from Jack’s by harvesting his horse then leaving then coming back again for about a week now!

I’ve been trying to get the prairie pile since the 4th of July and I am having no luck! Its almost a month later and I still haven’t found any! I tend to my neighbors horses and mules everyday too!

I have not been able to get praire pile. Tended to Jacks horse and a friends horse and still no praire pile since this goal popped up. ugh, frustrating. Do you have to buy the horse or mule yourself? I just bought a mule but still nothing…feed him twice.

ok its now over halfway thru august…and i still havent even completed the FIRST part of this quest…so does that mean that i dont have to complete this quest? i still have it even tho you only have a few days to complete it…does that mean its pointless to do anything at all?? please help!!

It took me a long time, but having horses and mules is necessary to finish the manure collection and get the saltpeter. I purchased 2 horses and 3 mules… these animals are great, because you not only get energy when you harvest, you get this essential and rare manure for your manure collection (yum!)..
BTW___ feeding Jacks’ horse does not yield an energy or manure as it should. ! I dont get it!

Prairie Piles are from bears. You can find a bear by chopping down fully grown trees.

can someone tell me that its not hard to get fireworks,,,,,Then i finally get them and they dont appear on the quest items i need 20 fireworks and i have ten but it still shows i have 0 out of 20 first it shows i have them then when the page resets i have none so i guess i wont be finishing that quest

I created the fireworks twice, but where are they? I didn’t get any credit for them and I can’t find them to be able to place them on the ground? Please help, this is driving me crazy!
