From the looks of it, the Convict Surgeon (25 SD) is good for a COIN VIP, and the Kole Tang (15 SD) is good for an XP VIP. Seeing how it is 10 SD less, it really doesn’t give all that less of an XP, and thus is probably the better value for XP purposes.
