im 5 levels up in level 20 and mw say i have unlocked the hot road seeder, but the seeder is 20 hours later locked! whats the problem?

I played Mafia Wars and it told me that I can get my hot rod seeder now. when I went back into Fv it still wasn’t unlocked. That was early this morning and it is still locked. What should I do now?

um i played mafia wars im a lvl 26 and on farmville theres only an opition of buying the hot rod seeder and havester in farm cash how doi unlock it so i can use coins?
